I took a chance on getting in for an oil change without an appointment when they opened. The owner welcomed me in and was very accommodating. Even with having to get a part delivered for my car I was told two hours and they had me on my way in under two hours. I would highly recommend this shop for all your car repairs. I know they have gained another customer in myself.

We discovered Tuffy's when we lived in Carol Stream when they opened the Glendale Heights location. The service is great as well as very competitively priced. We've had two cars serviced there and Ron and his staff are the best! We now have a brand new car that is fully under warranty but once I need to start getting oil changes on the new car, Ron and Tuffy's will be where I go!
